What Refract checks for you
Checks run while you write, with a fix for each one. They come from the same rules the server uses, so a post that passes here won't be rejected later.
- Captions up to 2,200 characters, counted as you type.
- Images between 4:5 and 1.91:1, with a crop offered for the rest.
- A photo or video on every post, because Instagram needs one.
- A note when a caption has a link, since Instagram doesn't make it clickable.
- Alt text on every image.
Connecting Instagram
- 01Make the Instagram account a professional account and link it to a Facebook Page.
- 02Sign in with Facebook and pick the Pages you manage.
- 03Choose the Instagram accounts to add. You can add several at once.
You sign in on Instagram itself. Refract never sees your password.
